You also understand and agree that you are not entitled to a refund should you cancel your appointment or be dissatisfied with your reading. You certify you are 18 years and older. If you do not see your link within 24 hours after your scheduled appointment, please check your spam. By booking a Kiss Print reading with Janine Hall you acknowledge that this reading is for entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge and understand that you have 'free will' and you are responsible for making your own decisions. You understand and acknowledge that readings and or consultations are not meant to be a substitute for your own choices or guidance from professional Health and legal care advocates. You understand and acknowledge your reading video link will be emailed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You agree to allow up to 24 hours for the video link to be processed, uploaded, and emailed to you. You understand and acknowledge that on occasion Janine Hall is not responsible for 'acts of god' that may result in temporary outages of power or internet that may affect your delivery time frame of your scheduled reading. This may also include unforeseen illnesses such as colds, flu, migraines, accidents, or personal family issues. Any inconvenience caused to your reading time will be rectified at the earliest possible convenience. You understand and acknowledge that Janine Hall takes all efforts and necessary safety and security precautions to ensure your access video link is provided only to you; however, given the digital nature of the 'access link,' this cannot be completely guaranteed. You acknowledge and agree that your 'video access link' is for your personal use only and cannot be broadcast or used for commercial purposes. This includes linking or uploading to any social media site, both publicly and personally messaged, yours or someone else's. All videos remain the copyright property of Janine Hall. You understand and acknowledge that video link access is granted for one year only following the date of your kiss print reading; after which this will be deleted. You understand and acknowledge that video links are viewed only and downloaded files are not permitted. You understand and acknowledge you are free to send a follow-up email requiring clarification of information already contained in your reading. This is for anything you do not understand in the reading you have already paid for, based on the questions you have given. Should you need further information a follow up booking may be required.
