Do you offer gift cards?
We would be more than happy to organise a gift card for you. Please reach out to us via our contact page and a member of our team will be happy to organise this.
What are the payment options?
We use a third party application such as PayPal and Square to safely and securely process your payment.
What is your return policy?

At Twenty2Luxury we want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to provide store credit or refund* (damaged items only*) that are unopened in original packaging within 30 days. All damaged items must be reported within 24 hours.

If returned item is part of personally purchased pre-made gift box an exchange or store credit to equal or lesser value will be offered.

If the returned damaged item/s has been gifted to you through a corporate gifting experience a replacement item (whilst stock is available) will be issued. If there is no stock of the gift left a similar valued item may be offered. If the item is refused we are under no obligation to refund any monies to you personally or otherwise.

An excluded refund item may be sold as: Short Expiry, Clearance, Limited Release, Last Chance, or Non-refundable at the time of purchase (unless item is faulty). Any items that are excluded will be marked clearly on product page/ or at checkout.

If a customer changes their mind, the return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We advise to use a postage tracking service.

No returns are offered on any personal products such as eye masks, Gua-sha, for hygiene reasons.
How do I return an item?

To make a return please email us at info@twenty2luxury.com with your name, address, order number (if applicable), reason for your return (wrong product, damaged, faulty, etc).

Damaged items must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

We do not except returns for change of mind.

You will be refunded by the original method of payment that you made with your order.

A store credit will be issued via a coupon code which will be valid for 12 months. The credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, specials or coupon code and is valid for online use only.

If you have received a different item to which you purchased please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
For international shipping please allow enough time for your gift to get through customs at your chosen destination
How can I keep track of my delivery?
You will be notified when your order has been shipped, each item will have a tracking number.
Do you do phone readings or live readings via Zoom?
All readings are video recordings. I encourage you to write as much detail as you'd like about your situation/question using the online booking form.
PLEASE NOTE: On occasion when my schedule allows yes I do live readings either via zoom or in-person meetings. You will be notified through our VIP CLUB when this happens.

All information shared in your reading should be considered as general information in nature. I do not address any legal and health concerns. Please read all terms and conditions.
