Email Delivery: Add info@Twenty2Luxury.com to your contacts. If you don’t receive your video link within 24 hours of your scheduled time, check your spam/junk folder. 4. Entertainment Only: Readings are for entertainment purposes. 5. Your Responsibility: You have free will. Readings do not replace medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. 6. Reading Format: Most readings are pre-recorded videos, delivered by email within 24 hours of your booking time. 7. PODCAST LIVE readings are via Zoom. You’ll receive a Meeting ID. 8. Ensure Zoom is installed and updated. No-shows are non-refundable. 9. Podcast LIVE reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. 10. LIVE PODCAST Participation: Booking a PODCAST VIP LIVE session does not guarantee that your reading will appear on the podcast. Inclusion is at the sole discretion of Janine Hall. 11. Delays: Illness, power outages, personal emergencies, or internet issues may cause delays. These will be handled as promptly as possible. 12. Privacy & Link Security: Your video link is intended solely for you. While every effort is made to keep it secure, complete protection cannot be guaranteed. 13. Personal Use Only – No Sharing: Your video link, reading content, and any associated media are for personal viewing only. 14. You may NOT repost, upload, publish, stream, or share the video (or any part of it) on social media, websites, podcasts, or any commercial platform. 15. Access Period: Video links remain available for one year from the date of your reading. After this period, the video will be permanently deleted. 18.
