How to work with the sacred element of WATER

My favourite tools for SELF-CARE

Water is one of the most magical, accessible and sacred elements we can use in our daily self care practice. It's the carrier of our emotions, and a reminder of how powerful 'motion' can be. Water is also very cleansing which is why it's used in so many rituals.

I'm naturally drawn to water, in fact I have a chair at one of my favourite beaches I like to sit on most mornings after some exercising. It's how I start my day and it helps me feel centred, grounded and calm. It's my happy place where I allow myself to connect within and slow down before I officially start my day.

As with any ritual it's all about your intention. If your feeling scattered, stressed, tired or just generally out of sorts a bath or shower can do wonders for you.

There's a good chance our first thought will be to have a bath and from the moment we immerse our bodies into that relaxing bath we feel calm and restored. I love a warm bath filled with bubbles and essential oils of course.

And if I'm pressed for time a shower with hot water running over my head sure does wonders to clear the mind. A shower can be the perfect solution to your sacred beauty routine, if done right all it takes is the right bath and shower products and minimal preparation.

Harnessing the power of water doesn't have to be complicated or hard to achieve, in fact most days we can add some magical moments to our daily practices with ease.

Here are 3 self care tips to infuse water into your world

Get your luxury lather on

Try our Body wash which also doubles as a bubble bath. Work it into a rich creamy lather, and massage all over your body a little bit goes a long way so you won't need a lot to find that luxury lather. Our dreamy signature scents helps restore hydration to your skin. Don't forget to thank your body as you are lathering body wash. Start from your feet up using circular movements over your body you'll be amazed how wonderful this makes your body feel.

Cleanse your Aura

I like to think of your aura as an energetic field that surrounds your body, kind of like a force field or and electric fence. You can't see it however, you will most likely be able to pick up on energetic emotions both from yourself and others around you. Even if you are not aware of this, often you find yourself being able to read the room so to speak. That's why it's so important to add this watery element to your self care ritual. I use Twenty2Luxury Aura Spray every time I get out of the shower or bath. Before I leave the house, when I'm feeling anxious, stressed and need to calm down. As well as everytime I leave the house. I carry our smaller bottle in my car as it's just so handy.

This beautiful infusion is designed to uplift your mood, and create a calming ambience which enhances your day. Combining our Signature Scent essential oils with infused energies of Rose Quartz, Tigers Eye, Tasmanian Quartz Crystal and Chalice Well Water.

Renew, Restore, Relax

Whilst using a body wash in shower is a perfect solution to helping you cleanse your body. There is nothing like soaking in a hot tub filled with the essential 3'rs for nourishing your body. Allowing yourself enough me-time can and will help ground and balance your emotions. Using a bath soak

is truly a sensorial experience which leaves your skin feeling beautiful helping you feeling exquisitely relaxed and rejuvenated.

Whilst there are many different ways in which we can work with the sacred elements of water I find using the 3 suggestions above some of the simplest and easiest ways to enhance our well being.
